Pool:
A spacious swimming pool with a large sun deck area overlooking
Holmes Creek is under construction and will be available soon
for property owner’s use.
Events Center:
Adjacent to the pool area will be an Events Center with a
pavilion and grill. This will be an ideal setting for cookouts
and reunions. A meeting room with caterer’s kitchen comprises
the second floor, and a fitness center is located on the top
floor.
Lake Trail:
A walking trail to the lake is provided for your enjoyment.
Golfing at nearby RiverWatch Golf Resort is available. Ask about
a FREE Lifetime membership.
UTILITIES
Electricity, Water, Natural Gas, Sewer, and Telephone services
are in place. You may build immediately, however there is no
time requirement to
begin construction. All plans must be approved by the
Architectural Review Committee.
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions of
Blue Water Bay will be provided to all property owners.
Currently the annual assessment is Six Hundred Dollars
($600.00) for Estate Lots and One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00) for
Colony Houses. These monies pay for the maintenance of the
common areas including the grand entrance, mowing along the
roads and up-keep of the common areas.
CENTER HILL LAKE
Built in 1946, Center Hill Lake comprises about 20,000 acres of
water and has 415 miles of pristine shoreline. It is an “all
sports” lake for boating and fishing enthusiasts to enjoy. Some
lots and proposed common areas abut the U.S. Army Corp of
Engineers property. Their responsibility is to manage the
natural, cultural and developed opportunities while protecting
and enhancing these resources. The Army Corps of Engineers does
not permit the installation of private docks.
